To connect your ring to your smartphone, it must first „wake up“.
To do this, place your ring in the charging case without applying pressure and charge it in the case for at least 30 minutes. Connect the case to a power source. The ring flashes in the charging case!
You can now use the MYnextRING Connect app.
Switch to the PROFILE section in the APP. You can pair the ring there.
Bluetooth must be activated! The ring supports Bluetooth version 5.0 or higher.
For optimum performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing the ring on the index finger of the non-dominant hand. If you prefer a different finger, the middle and ring fingers are also suitable. However, avoid fingers where the base is narrower than the knuckle.
The sensor of the ring should be located on the inside of the finger. The ring should sit securely and comfortably at the base of the finger.
You can define the measurement intervals here. For example, measure the pulse every 15 minutes.
Here you can set the units for various values.
Personalise your goals for steps, distance, calories and hours of sleep per day.
Both the software/firmware of the ring (e.g. V0.6.7.0) and the APP can be updated if required. The new ring firmware is displayed next to the ring symbol. You can find the APP in the „Search update“.

Exclusion of warranty for signs of use and mechanical damage: The Smartring is a high-quality technical product that is durable when used properly. However, the warranty does not extend to Scratches, abrasions or other superficial damage, caused by contact with hard or sharp materials (e.g. stones, metals, tools). These are considered Traces of use and do not constitute a warranty claim. We therefore recommend removing the ring during strength training, when working with high mechanical stress or potentially damaging material in order to permanently protect the surface and the technology.
Also try not to wear the ring next to other items made of metal, ceramic, stones or diamonds. The ring can be scratched and can even scratch softer metal jewellery or other objects.
The ring may be scratched by objects in close contact with the ring, such as mobile phone cases made of gold, silver, ceramic or aluminium.
Keep the ring away from children. This product is not intended for persons under the age of 18. Seek medical attention immediately if you know or suspect that a child has swallowed the ring. Do not expose the ring to direct heat, e.g. in a vehicle or in the sun. Do not puncture the ring or its battery.
Please avoid holding batteries or working on devices and machines that contain batteries while wearing your ring. In certain cases where both the cathode and the anode of another battery touch the ring, there is a risk of a short circuit similar to standard metal rings. This can lead to a potentially dangerous shock.
Handle the ring, charger and battery with care and dispose of them properly. Never dispose of the battery or the device in a fire. Observe the local regulations when disposing of used batteries or devices. The European Parliament and the Council of the European Union have adopted the EU WEEE Directive. The aim of the directive is to avoid electrical and electronic waste and to minimise the
reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery of such waste. The directive therefore affects manufacturers, retailers and consumers. The WEEE Directive requires that both producers and end users dispose of electrical and electronic equipment and components in an environmentally sound manner and that equipment or waste is reused, separated or recovered for energy recovery. Electrical and electronic equipment and components may not be disposed of with normal household waste, but must be collected and disposed of separately. Products and devices that must be collected for reuse, recycling or other forms of recovery are labelled with the symbol shown. By disposing of electrical and electronic equipment via the collection systems available in your country, you are making a contribution to environmental and health protection and to the sustainable and sensible use of natural resources. The collection of electrical/electronic equipment protects the environment from hazardous substances that may be present in the corresponding products and devices. You can return the ring to us and we will dispose of it.
