IMPORTANT UPDATE: Required for nextRING (Android users)

Our app has received an important upgrade - "Nextring" has become "My Nextring"!

New & better:

  • New "My Nextring" app 
  • More overview & insights into your data  
  • Improved sports mode with optimised GPS tracking  
  • Even more stable connection  

To ensure that everything continues to function smoothly, please send us a brief update.

 Delete old app, install new app & reconnect ring - it's easy! 

Check whether your app version is up to date (at least version 1.1.57).
Also check whether a ring update is necessary (at least version V0.7.2.8). 

Promise - it's quick:

  1. Delete "Nextring" app & install new "My Nextring" app 
    Delete the previous Nextring app from your device.  
    Download the new app "My Nextring" from the Google Play Store down. 
  2. Open new app  
    Open the new My Nextring app and navigate to the "Profile" tab. 
  3. Start ring update 
    In the top left-hand area, you will see the request to update the ring to the new ring version V728. 
    Tap on it and start the update.  
    The Bluetooth connection may be briefly interrupted during the update - this is normal. 
  4. Important: Decouple the ring 
    After a successful update, decouple your ring in the app.   
  5. Recouple ring 
    Then tap on "Pair" and reconnect the ring. You should find your ring with the new name My Nextring xxxx.  


 Done! 

Your ring is now up to date.
